We currently have an opportunity for a Industrial Electrician based in Saint John, NB.  

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul and maintain electrical components on locomotives
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
• Perform locomotive inspections in accordance with the regulations and company policies
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on locomotives
• Prepare necessary paperwork as required
• Follow all regulatory and company policies while performing job functions

Education Requirements – Knowledge & Skills:

• Qualified, experienced Industrial Electricians are preferred with strong knowledge on DC control systems.  Apprentices will be considered.
• Individuals must have a proven Safety Record and possess a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Must be flexible for nights and weekends and being on-call for emergencies.
