Oversee all operational aspects of the Jamestown Plant Potato Storage to provide optimal storage of raw potatoes for highest quality and lowest shrink possible. Oversee loading and unloading of Jamestown Potato to ensure all SOP’s and best practices are adhered to.

•Align and maintain storage parameters and standards for Jamestown Potato Storage.

•Inspect all incoming product at harvest to verify Cavendish Farms quality standards are met.

•Manage SOP standards of building flow through and customer product flow.
