DRONE LEAD - SURVEY
CFM is looking to hire an individual full time to our survey team to help grow and lead our drone division. We are currently accepting resumes for a Drone Lead at our Saint John, NB, location.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Civil or Geomatics Technology Program or Survey Engineering Program is considered an asset
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with drone mapping and processing
- Transport Canada Advanced Drone Pilot License
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in using drone processing software
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Must be able to work flexible shifts as required
- Candidate assets would include but not limited to: extensive experience in drone mapping, photogrammetry, lidar and processing, orthomosaics, RTK , Surveying, and thermography
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for drone fleet and software.
- Estimate jobs, develop and/or maintain maintenance plan, and flight planning
- Ensure drone safe work practices and regulations are being followed and documented
- Fly or lead various complex drone projects.
- Gather dimensional data and issue accurate and detailed reports
- Provide excellent customer service
