We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Responsibilities:

• Manage driver schedules to improve equipment productivity.
• Coordinate and re-align dispatch shifts to provide 24-7 coverage for customers.
• Schedule and coordinate vacation coverage of drivers to reduce customer service impacts.
• Work in conjunction with maintenance to improve preventative maintenance schedule of all assets.
• Subject matter expert for TMW Operating systems.
• Develop and execute plans to optimize system and personnel to deliver top tier customer service.
• Coaching and training of new and existing drivers on systems.
• Manage and drive KPI improvement plans at operating level.

 Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must demonstrate and encompass the ability to resolve conflict.
• Appropriate knowledge of safety & compliance, federal labor laws and federal safety codes.
• Analytical skills.
• Creative Thinking.
