COMMERCIALIZATION MANAGER

The Commercialization Manager is responsible for managing the process that takes agreed projects from approval to commercialization. The successful candidate will work across innovation, marketing, supply chain/demand planning, and sales to ensure project timing is aligned for success with all of our customers.

 

Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·         Education Required: Post-Secondary Education in Business/Marketing

·         Years of Experience Required: 5+ years

·         Strong analytical and communication skills

·         Project Management and data analysis experience

·         Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills

·         Ability to work in fast paced environment and to multitask with a "Can Do" attitude

 

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Manage the commercialization of new products (innovation, renovation, discontinuation) through our processes from initiation to production

·         Develop and manage project timelines, milestones

·         Identify commercialization hurdles and drive resolutions

·         Work to ensure timelines are reflective of demand signals to accurately forecast volume needs

·         Create Dashboards to give business leads visibility to projects on and off track

·         Lead priority meetings, and hold stake-holders accountable for completing their actions. Issue scorecards and track

·         Complete the ‘marketing’ components of GS1. Ensure that data is published to GS1 in a timely way to support the commercialization process

·         Review current commercialization process, and make recommendations for improvements to enable faster commercialization
